Please note that some items in accessories will arrive later than T-shirt or Cap, hope you could kindly wait in patience and understand. The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.

How do I report a missing or lost package?
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

holuju Store will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete. If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.
Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong to and we will fix it for you.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
